Merger of two system house companies into euromicron Deutschland GmbH creates one of the largest German system houses
The euromicron Group has merged two of its system house companies into euromicron Deutschland GmbH, creating one of the largest system houses in Germany. euromicron Deutschland will focus on the Internet of Things (IoT) market to a greater extent on smart building technologies in future. Customers will benefit from the synergies due to consistent support nationwide coupled with an innovative solution portfolio.
The euromicron Group has reorganized itself in the field of system house business. The regional system houses North (euromicron systems) and South (euromicron solutions) have been merged into euromicron Deutschland GmbH. With annual sales of around €130 million, the new subsidiary is now one of the top German system houses. euromicron Deutschland’s business will focus on industry-specific all-round solutions in the field of smart building technologies, as well as data, telecommunications and security networks.
Central controlling of all project processes will make it easier in future to deliver end-to-end customer support, including the provision of services throughout Germany. The merger will also optimize the implementation of large projects and will benefit customers with multiple locations in particular. Response times will be shorter, while central contact persons for all matters and a single nationwide hotline that can be reached permanently will ensure lean processes that offer the very highest efficiency at optimized cost. The new euromicron system houses addresses a broad range of customers, from small and medium-sized enterprises to large companies that operate nationally.
Jürgen Hansjosten from euromicron AG’s Executive Board explains the merger against the background of the Group’s overall strategy: “We’ll have two large system houses in the euromicron Group in future: telent GmbH, which caters for critical infrastructures, and euromicron Deutschland GmbH, who focuses on the market segment of smart building solutions. In consulting-intensive solution business a consistent nationwide support for customers is as crucial as customer proximity by means of on-site service. Our reorganization reflects that,” says Hansjosten.
The new subsidiary’s solution range comprises the euromicron Group’s complete product and solution portfolio. Special divisions for network technology, IT security, security systems and telecommunications and UCC solution pool subject-specific expertise and so ensure rapid and customized design and implementation of requested solutions. Large supraregional projects will be assigned to a team operating nationwide. That ensures project management which is oriented toward customers’ needs at all times.
